Stockholm’s highest skyscraper is going to be made out of wood
If having just wood flooring isn’t enough for you, you’ll probably love this new skyscraper in Sweden. Designed by Anders Berensson Architects agency, the 40 floors building will be entirely made out of laminated wood – aka CLT --, a material known for its durability. Wood flooring sales grows by 4% in China
According to the Special Floor Committee, the wooden flooring sales grew by 4% in the Chinese territory, totalizing 396.8 million m² in the last year. In total, sales of natural wood flooring increased by 10%, totalizing 43.9 million m²; the sales of composite wood floors increased by 9%, totalizing 104.5 million m²; and sales of laminated wood floors had had an increase of 2%, totalizing 210.5 million m² in the Chinese territory.
